Does Claudia's Mobile Park Estates follow the 10 year or newer RV rule?

Claudia's Mobile Park Estates does follow the 10 year or newer RV rule. However, if your RV is older than 10 years contact us @ (360) 491-3342 to provide photos of your RV for better approval odds. If the RV meets all local, state and federal guidelines and does not diminish the overall look of the park then the RV could be approved. Approval will of course be contingent on your application meeting all other requirements set forth by Claudia's Mobile Park Estates.

How much is the application fee?

There is a $63.00 per applicant fee (or $66 if paying by card) for anyone that is signing the lease, or that is 18+ and will be residing within the Claudia's Mobile Park Estates

Are Pets Allowed?

Yes! Each resident is allowed one pet with a deposit. Please note that there are breed restrictions for dogs. Feel free to give us a call at (360) 491-3342 for more details!

What is your 24/7 on-call emergency number?

For all immediate life threatening emergencies, you should always call 911. However if you have any issues at the park that require immediate attention, after-hours maintenance emergencies may dial 844-985-7275, or 425-275-1206

Can we have visitors while staying at Claudia's Mobile Park Estates?

Yes, there is a maximum number of days permitted for guests to stay on the property and it is not to exceed 15 days in total.

How do I get Wifi for my RV?

Through the local internet provider. Each pedestal has the ability to connect to the Tenant's local internet provider on-site.
